Serum TNF alpha receptors p55 and p75 in malignant ovarian tumours
were evaluated. Their concentrations were elevated in malignancy but
only p55 correlated with the morphologic ultrasound score and CA-125.
Neither receptor was any better in detecting power than CA-125. |
